same day shipping by FEDEX (for orders called before 3:00 pm Monday
to Friday) and several options are available for faster service (buyer
pays extra). Once package is received and scanned at FEDEX stations,
automatic notification is sent to customers by e-mail for tracking convenience,
either by phone or thru the internet (www.fedex.com). For Alaska and
Hawaii customers, we also offer 3 day Priority Mail thru USPS.

RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES
Inspect
all merchandise immediately upon arrival. Defective equipment should
be reported without delay in order to be exchanged promptly. Returns
are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and will be
charged 25% restocking fee. Merchandise should be returned with its
original packaging, including all items (song book, cable, power adapter,
Microphone and holder and other accessories) when it was received. Any
merchandise returned with a missing part or that is damaged and unusable
(other than Manufacturer defect), you will be charged with the replacement
parts or the repair cost plus the parts and the restocking fee, whichever
applies.
