A few years back, Alexander Muhlach, (Yes, the father of Popular actor Niño Muhlach) established a bakery business under the trade style of Supermelt Ensaymada with Aizer-Bruns Corporation (a coined term derived from the name of his daughter Aizza Zerrina and his pet name “Bruno”) as the mother company. It is now registered as Megamelt Bakeshop and is using the brand name “Supermelt”, “Megamelt” and “Muhlach” Ensaymada --- all coming from the same formula and prepared by expert bakers of which only enriched quality ingredients are mixed to produce the now world famous ensaymada.

A product of extensive research, massive participation in many bakery system seminars and aggressiveness and determination to improve and develop the product is now the guiding principle of Megamelt Bakeshop.

Muhlach sees to it that only the finest natural ingredients are used -- never compromising the quality and taste of the ensaymada. He regularly and personally checks its taste, making sure that the ensaymada remains fresh and baked --- in the traditional home-made baking style.
